Ingredients
4 x sausages of your choice
4 x hot dog buns
6 x tbsp Nando's PERi-BBQ Sauce
2 x spring onions, thinly sliced
2 x red chillies, thinly sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve
Add a dollop of coleslaw to the hot dog or on the side
Method
Grill, barbecue or fry your sausages until cooked through and slightly charred. Then brush with half of the PERi-BBQ sauce and set aside.
To serve, slice your hot dog buns and add a sausage. Drizzle over the rest of the sauce and top with spring onions and sliced chillies.
Season with salt and pepper.
