Ingredients
- 4 x sausages of your choice
- 4 x hot dog buns
- 6 x tbsp Nando's PERi-BBQ Sauce
- 2 x spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 x red chillies, thinly sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To serve
- Add a dollop of coleslaw to the hot dog or on the side
Method
- Grill, barbecue or fry your sausages until cooked through and slightly charred. Then brush with half of the PERi-BBQ sauce and set aside.
- To serve, slice your hot dog buns and add a sausage. Drizzle over the rest of the sauce and top with spring onions and sliced chillies.
- Season with salt and pepper.
