Ingredients
- 40g Nando's Sweet Chilli Jam
- 8 chicken thighs, diced
- 500g halloumi, cut into chunks
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 courgette (or any other veg you fancy)
- Skewers (soak in water for 30 mins if they're wooden)
- To serve
- Extra Nando's Sweet Chilli Jam
Method
- Heat the barbecue, grill or preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a mixing bowl, season the halloumi and chicken with Nando's Sweet Chilli Jam and a pinch of salt. Drizzle over some oil.
- Slide the chicken, halloumi and veg onto the soaked skewers and add to a barbecue, grill or the oven.
- Leave to cook, turning occasionally until the chicken and halloumi's ready – that's about 25-30 minutes if you're using the oven.
- Top the skewers with a bit more Nando's Sweet Chilli Jam.
