How to use this product
Add four chicken breasts (around 500g) to the bag with the seasoning and give it a little shake so everything’s evenly coated.
Fold the open edge of the bag twice so it’s creased, place it flat on a baking tray (with the fold facing down) and put it on the bottom rack of your oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Hot tip: Use the juices as a gravy and pour over your chicken and sides. Even better, add a drizzle of your favourite PERi-PERi Sauce on the side.
Not suitable for gas ovens, air fryers or microwaves.
