Ingredients
- 1 x Nando’s Medium Bag & Bake 4 x chicken breasts
- 12 x slices of your favourite bread
- 6 x tbsp Nando's Medium PERi-PERi Sauce
- 6 x tbsp Nando’s PERinaise
- 8 x lettuce leaves
- 1 x cucumber, sliced
- 2 x large tomatoes, sliced
- Cheese slices, optional
To serve
- Enjoy on its own or add crisps or chips
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Add the chicken breasts to the Bag & Bake bag. Shake to coat in the seasoning.
- Roast on a baking tray for 20 minutes, until cooked through. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice.
- Toast the bread, then spread the PERinaise on each slice.
- Start stacking your triple layer sandwich. Add the lettuce, sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato and pour over some of the Medium PERi-PERi Sauce, then add the next toast layer and repeat.
