A loaded sandwich with grilled chicken, tomatoes, and lettuce, next to Nando's PERi-PERi sauce and PERinaise bottles.

Ingredients

  • 1 x Nando’s Medium Bag & Bake 4 x chicken breasts
  • 12 x slices of your favourite bread
  • 6 x tbsp Nando's Medium PERi-PERi Sauce
  • 6 x tbsp Nando’s PERinaise
  • 8 x lettuce leaves
  • 1 x cucumber, sliced
  • 2 x large tomatoes, sliced
  • Cheese slices, optional

To serve

  • Enjoy on its own or add crisps or chips

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the Bag & Bake bag. Shake to coat in the seasoning.
  3. Roast on a baking tray for 20 minutes, until cooked through. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice.
  4. Toast the bread, then spread the PERinaise on each slice.
  5. Start stacking your triple layer sandwich. Add the lettuce, sliced chicken, cucumber, tomato and pour over some of the Medium PERi-PERi Sauce, then add the next toast layer and repeat.
